All orders are non-refundable. Your purchase will be packed with care, but if a product unfortunately arrives damaged from shipping, a return/refund will be available. If your purchase arrives damaged, please email me at joshschwartzcreative.com within five (5) days of delivery. Please provide details, save the original packaging, and send photos of any of the damaged artwork and packaging.
